Butterfly, gate, ball and control valves supplied factory-direct from Tianjin, China — with a Mill Test Certificate and pressure-test record for every batch. Shipping to San Antonio.

Standard valves leave the factory in 5–7 days. Sea freight to San Antonio typically takes 35–50 days; we quote the sailing window with the price.
Every shipment carries an MTC traceable to the heat number, plus a shell and seat pressure-test record for each valve.
Butterfly (wafer, lug, flanged, triple-offset, lined), gate, ball, globe, check and control valves — DN50–DN2000, PN10–PN40.
Ask for a video walk-through of the production line, a live pressure test, or a pre-shipment inspection by your own agent. We do not ask you to take quality on trust.
Send size, pressure rating, body and trim material, connection standard and medium. You get a line-by-line quotation within 24 hours.
Chile’s valve demand is led by mining in the north, desalination and water utilities, pulp and paper, wineries and food processing, and salmon farming in the south. Mining specifications are demanding and buyers expect full material traceability.
| Application | Typical Valve Types |
|---|---|
| Copper & mining | Slurry knife gate, abrasion-resistant and high-pressure valves |
| Desalination | Large-diameter butterfly valves for intake, brine and permeate lines |
| Pulp & paper | Lined and stainless valves for aggressive process liquors |
| Wineries & food | Stainless steel valves for hygienic and CIP service |
| Salmon farming | Seawater-resistant valves for cages and processing plants |
| Water utilities | Butterfly and gate valves for distribution networks |
Main discharge ports: San Antonio, Valparaíso, Antofagasta. We quote FOB Tianjin or CIF your port. Standard valves are ready in 5–7 days and sea freight typically takes 35–50 days depending on the service; actuated assemblies need 10–14 days before dispatch.
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and a Mill Test Certificate traceable to the heat number, together with the shell and seat test record for each valve. If your bank works on a Letter of Credit we prepare documents to your LC terms.

Yes, to San Antonio, Valparaíso and Antofagasta. Sea freight from Tianjin typically takes 35–50 days, so we quote with the sailing window stated so you can plan around it.
Mill Test Certificates traceable to the heat number, dimensional drawings and pressure test records. We issue these per batch as standard. If your QA department needs a specific format, send us the template.
Abrasion resistance is a trim question more than a body question. For slurry we normally propose knife gate valves with a hardened or rubber-lined trim, and we ask for solids size, concentration and line velocity before recommending.
Product documentation can be issued in Spanish, and we are building out Spanish versions of our main pages. Tell us which documents you need translated and we will confirm.
These are the valve ranges most often specified on Chile projects. Each page lists sizes, pressure ratings, materials and the questions we ask before quoting.
