Butterfly, gate, ball and control valves supplied factory-direct from Tianjin, China — with a Mill Test Certificate and pressure-test record for every batch. Shipping to Tema.

Standard valves leave the factory in 5–7 days. Sea freight to Tema typically takes 30–45 days; we quote the sailing window with the price.
Every shipment carries an MTC traceable to the heat number, plus a shell and seat pressure-test record for each valve.
Butterfly (wafer, lug, flanged, triple-offset, lined), gate, ball, globe, check and control valves — DN50–DN2000, PN10–PN40.
Ask for a video walk-through of the production line, a live pressure test, or a pre-shipment inspection by your own agent. We do not ask you to take quality on trust.
Send size, pressure rating, body and trim material, connection standard and medium. You get a line-by-line quotation within 24 hours.
Ghana’s valve market centres on water supply, mining, oil and gas at Takoradi, cocoa and food processing, and power. Mining companies in particular need abrasion-resistant valves and hold suppliers to consistent quality.
| Application | Typical Valve Types |
|---|---|
| Gold & mining | Knife gate, slurry and wear-resistant valves for tailings and process water |
| Water supply | Gate and butterfly valves for urban and rural distribution |
| Oil & gas (Takoradi) | Ball, gate and triple-offset butterfly valves for terminals and pipelines |
| Cocoa & food processing | Stainless steel valves for process and wash-down lines |
| Power | Cooling water and auxiliary isolation valves |
| Building services | Wafer butterfly valves for HVAC and fire-fighting systems |
Main discharge ports: Tema, Takoradi. We quote FOB Tianjin or CIF your port. Standard valves are ready in 5–7 days and sea freight typically takes 30–45 days depending on the service; actuated assemblies need 10–14 days before dispatch.
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and a Mill Test Certificate traceable to the heat number, together with the shell and seat test record for each valve. If your bank works on a Letter of Credit we prepare documents to your LC terms.

Yes, to Tema and Takoradi. We quote FOB Tianjin or CIF Tema; sea freight typically takes 30–45 days, so we recommend planning stock orders rather than relying on emergency shipments.
For tailings and slurry lines we normally recommend knife gate valves with a hardened trim, or heavy-duty butterfly valves with a metal seat. Abrasion resistance depends more on trim material than on body style, so send us the solids content and we will match the trim.
Yes. We work with contractors and stockists and can quote either against a project schedule or as a mixed stock order. Documentation is issued to the buying entity you nominate.
There is no fixed minimum for a first trial order — we would rather you test a small batch. Freight economics only start to favour larger volumes above roughly a full pallet or a 20-foot container.
These are the valve ranges most often specified on Ghana projects. Each page lists sizes, pressure ratings, materials and the questions we ask before quoting.
