Butterfly, gate, knife gate and ball valves supplied factory-direct from Tianjin, China — with a Mill Test Certificate and pressure-test record for every batch. Shipping to Callao and Paita.

Standard valves leave the factory in 5–7 days. Sea freight to Callao typically takes 30–45 days; we quote the sailing window alongside the price so you can plan site deliveries around it.
Every shipment carries an MTC traceable to the heat number, plus a shell and seat pressure-test record for each valve.
Ask for a video walk-through of the production line, a live pressure test, or a pre-shipment inspection by a surveyor you nominate. We do not ask you to take quality on trust.
Send size, pressure rating, body and trim material, connection standard and medium. You get a line-by-line quotation within 24 hours.
Peru’s valve demand is anchored in mining. Copper and polymetallic operations in the central and southern Andes run concentrator plants, tailings management, reagent handling and dewatering circuits that consume wear-resistant valves continuously. Because most of these sites sit at high altitude and far inland, spare parts and replacement valves carry real logistical weight, and buyers value a supplier who can repeat the same product to the same specification.
Alongside mining, the fishmeal and fish oil industry on the northern coast runs process, washdown and effluent lines where stainless steel is the default. Water and sanitation utilities, irrigation schemes and a growing set of desalination and industrial water projects on the coast add treatment and distribution valves. General manufacturing, cement, food processing and construction round out demand.
Peruvian buyers are used to importing. Specifications are usually written by an engineering contractor or the plant’s own technical team and reference international standards, with local NTP standards appearing where a project or regulator calls them up. Clear documentation and honest answers about test records carry more weight than a sales pitch.
| Application | Typical Valve Types |
|---|---|
| Copper and polymetallic mining | Knife gate valves for slurry and tailings, with ball valves and gate valves on isolation duty |
| Concentrator water circuits | Wafer butterfly valves and resilient-seated gate valves on process water and reclaim lines |
| Fishmeal and food processing | Stainless steel butterfly valves and stainless ball valves on process and effluent lines |
| Water supply and treatment | Resilient-seated gate and butterfly valves, with FBE-lined ductile iron bodies for potable water |
| Desalination and industrial water | Stainless steel and lined valves for brine, pretreatment and membrane support circuits |
| Flow control and dosing | Control valves and globe valves for reagent dosing and process modulation |
NTP (Normas Técnicas Peruanas) is the Peruvian technical standards family. It appears in specifications where a project, public tender or regulator references it, and it often sits alongside international standards rather than replacing them. The practical answer for a valve order is to work from the clause your specification actually calls up.
Peruvian mining and industrial enquiries commonly reference API 609 and EN 593 for butterfly valves, API 600 and API 602 for gate valves, API 6D for pipeline valves, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates for material traceability. Slurry service frequently brings abrasion and material-hardness requirements written into the datasheet. Where a project is financed internationally or exported to a European owner, CE marking under the PED or a fire-safe requirement such as API 607 may appear.
We hold ISO 9001 quality-system certification and SGS-CSTC factory audit reports, and we can share those documents on request. CE marking, API monogram, API 607 fire-safe testing and PED documentation are available on request for qualified orders, subject to specification review. We will tell you exactly which documents we can issue for your scope and which we cannot.
Main discharge ports: Callao (Lima) and Paita (Piura). We quote FOB Tianjin or CIF your port. Standard valves are ready in 5–7 days; actuated assemblies need 10–14 days before dispatch. Sea freight to Callao typically takes 30–45 days depending on the service and routing, and Paita is usually comparable. From Callao, inland transport to Andean mining regions is a substantial leg, so it helps to plan packing and documentation for the onward journey rather than treating the port as the finish line.
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and a Mill Test Certificate traceable to the heat number, together with the shell and seat test record for each valve. We can prepare documents to Letter of Credit terms, provide the technical descriptions your customs broker needs for tariff classification, and release valves for pre-shipment inspection by your own surveyor.
Not sure which valve suits your project? Read our butterfly valve selection guide, our PN vs Class pressure rating explainer, or the valve material selection guide — or just send us the line list.
Yes. We ship from Tianjin to Callao and Paita, normally FOB Tianjin or CIF your port. Sea freight to Callao typically takes 30–45 days depending on the service, and Paita is usually similar or slightly longer, so we quote the production window and the sailing window separately.
Copper and polymetallic operations commonly specify knife gate valves for slurry and tailings, with ball and gate valves on isolation duty and butterfly valves on water and utility circuits. We ask for the medium, solids content, pressure rating and connection standard before quoting.
NTP is the Peruvian technical standards family, published under the national standards system. Project specifications in Peru often reference NTP alongside ISO, EN or API standards. Send us the clause your specification calls up and we will confirm what can be documented for the scope.

Yes. Stainless steel butterfly and ball valves are commonly used on process, washdown and effluent lines in fishmeal and food plants, where corrosion resistance and cleanability matter more than price alone.
Within 24 hours of receiving the line list. Include size, pressure rating, body and trim material, connection standard and medium, and we will return a line-by-line quotation with lead time and shipping options.
