Lined Butterfly Valve (PTFE / Rubber Seated)

Butterfly Valves Lined Body DN50–DN1200 PN10 / PN16 PTFE / Rubber Liner ISO 9001 & SGS

Lined Butterfly Valve (PTFE / Rubber Seated)

Reguvale PTFE / rubber lined butterfly valve with corrosion-resistant body, suitable for chemical, acid and aggressive media. Pneumatic / electric / gear / limit-switch actuators available. DN50–DN1200, PN10/16. ISO 9001 & SGS certified.

Reguvale supplies lined butterfly valves from our Tianjin factory with full material traceability, hydrostatic test reports, and FOB-quoted pricing per specification. The PTFE or rubber liner isolates the media from the metal body, making this valve ideal for sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid (low concentration), caustic soda, seawater, and other aggressive media. Available with manual lever, gearbox, pneumatic or electric actuator. OEM/ODM body color and branding on request.

Key Features

✓ Full Liner Coverage

PTFE / FEP / PFA / rubber liner fully isolates the disc and stem from the media — zero metal contact with corrosive fluid.

✓ Bubble-Tight Shutoff

Concentric rubber-lined disc achieves Class VI bubble-tight shutoff against water, air, and compatible chemicals.

✓ Multi-Actuator Options

Manual lever, worm gearbox, pneumatic (spring-return / double-acting), or electric (on-off / modulating) — all field-replaceable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between PTFE-lined and rubber-lined butterfly valves?

PTFE liner handles a wider chemical range and higher temperatures (up to +180°C) but costs more. Rubber liner (EPDM / natural rubber) is more economical for water, slurry, and weak chemicals at temperatures up to +80°C.

Can this valve be used for concentrated sulfuric acid?

Yes, with a PTFE or PFA liner and a Hastelloy / titanium disc, our lined butterfly valve handles concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid (≤30%) and most strong oxidizing media. We recommend a material compatibility test for your specific media.

Do you provide pneumatic actuator with solenoid valve and positioner?

Yes. We supply the complete package: butterfly valve + pneumatic actuator (AT or AW series) + 5/2 solenoid valve + limit switches + positioner + air filter regulator. Pre-assembled and tested before shipment.
