We are certified with ISO 9001 quality management system, and all our valve materials pass independent SGS-CSTC factory audit.
We currently hold ISO 9001 and SGS certifications. CE, API, or other special industry certifications are available upon request for qualified orders. All orders come with factory batch MTC documents, and every valve undergoes full pressure inspection before shipment for general industrial pipeline use.

Quality Management System

Quality Management System certification ensuring consistent manufacturing processes and product quality. This certificate covers the manufacture of metal butterfly valves. Our quality system follows the same documented process across the wider range, but the certification scope is limited to metal butterfly valve manufacture, supporting your factory audit requirements.

Independent Factory Audit

Our factory is independently audited by SGS-CSTC (Made-in-China verified supplier programme) with international standards. Raw cast iron, stainless steel and alloy materials are audited by SGS-CSTC; test reports can be provided for customs clearance and project filing.

100% Full Pressure Test

Every valve is pressure-tested and visually inspected before packaging and shipment. We conduct shell pressure test and seat tightness test one by one for all finished valves, test records available upon your demand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have CE, API, WRAS certification?

We only hold ISO 9001 system certification and SGS-CSTC factory audit reports at present, with CE/API available on request for qualified orders. Our valves are suitable for water, gas, oil, and general industrial pipeline applications. CE/API certifications can be arranged for projects requiring them, with applicable lead times and minimum order quantities.

Are MTC and pressure test records accepted for customs clearance?

SGS-CSTC factory audit reports are widely recognized for customs clearance. Our internal MTC and pressure test records can be used for internal project filing.
