A triple-eccentric butterfly valve uses three offset axes (disc centerline, seat centerline, and stem axis) so the disc contacts the seat only at the closing moment — not during opening. This eliminates seat wear and achieves bidirectional zero-leakage shut-off, suitable for high-temperature steam, hot oil and clean gas service.
With metal seat: up to PN40 / ANSI 300LB and +425°C. With PTFE seat: up to PN16 and +180°C. Beyond this, please contact us for high-performance series.
