1. Website Use

By using reguvale.com you agree to use the site lawfully and not to copy, scrape or misuse its content without written permission. Product information and technical data on this website are provided for general reference and may be updated without notice.

2. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated (usually 30 days) and are based on the specifications you provide.
Orders are confirmed by a written sales contract or proforma invoice. Payment and delivery terms are as stated in the contract (commonly T/T, 30% deposit / 70% before shipment, or as agreed).
Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) and shipping schedules are agreed per order.

3. Product Information

Valve specifications (sizes, pressure ratings, materials, standards) shown on this site reflect our standard production range. Final specifications for your order are confirmed in the contract documents and datasheets.

4. Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal use for the period stated in the sales contract (typically 12 months from shipment). The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, operation outside rated conditions, or normal wear of seals and seats.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied under the relevant contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are preferably resolved by friendly negotiation, then by arbitration or competent court as agreed in the contract.
