Reguvale's smart positioner digital control valve pairs a high-performance globe or cage-trim body with a microprocessor-based smart digital positioner for the most accurate modulating duty. The positioner reads the actual stem position, compares it to the 4-20 mA setpoint, and drives the actuator with closed-loop PID to deliver ±0.5% linearity.
Available positioners include pneumatic YT-1000 / YT-1050 and smart digital units supporting 4-20 mA, HART, Profibus PA or Foundation Fieldbus. Auto-calibration, auto-tuning and partial-stroke test routines reduce commissioning time and enable predictive maintenance. SS316 trim and PTFE or metal seats cover most chemical service.
Standard sizes DN25–DN300 in PN16 / PN40 are available; higher pressure ratings and exotic alloys are quoted on request.
Internal position feedback delivers ±0.5% linearity across the full stroke, regardless of packing friction or process pressure changes.
One-button auto-cal routine captures zero, span, direction and tight-shutoff parameters in under two minutes.
