Double Flanged · DN50–DN3000 · PN10/PN16 · Electric Actuator
Reguvale's electric flanged butterfly valve pairs a rugged double-flanged butterfly valve with a compact, reliable electric actuator for remote on-off or modulating flow control. The body is cast in ductile iron or carbon steel with an epoxy coating, and the concentric disc is lined with EPDM, NBR or PTFE for bubble-tight shut-off.
The electric actuator is available in 24V DC, 220V AC and 380V AC supply versions, with on-off or 4-20mA modulating control. Limit switches, local position indication and a manual override handwheel are available for critical installations. The photos show a large-diameter unit (DN1200+) being assembled in our Tianjin workshop, demonstrating the heavy-duty actuator mounting and flange drilling.
These valves are widely used in water treatment plants, pumping stations, HVAC systems, irrigation networks, power plants and industrial process lines where remote operation and reliable isolation are required. Every valve is hydrostatically tested and can be supplied with material and test certificates.
On-off or 4-20mA modulating electric actuators eliminate the need for manual operators or compressed air on remote valves.
DN50 to DN3000 covers everything from small process lines to large water transmission and hydropower projects.
Integral flanges on both ends provide robust alignment and secure bolting between pipe flanges.
Actuators available in 24V DC, 220V AC and 380V AC with limit switches, position feedback and manual override.
EPDM, NBR, Viton (FKM) or PTFE lined discs suit water, oil, gas, chemicals and high-temperature media.
Shell and seat pressure tests performed at our Tianjin factory; MTC and test certificates available.

Reguvale supplies electric actuators in 24V DC, 220V AC and 380V AC. On-off actuators rotate the valve 90° between fully open and fully closed. Modulating actuators accept 4-20mA or 0-10V signals and position the disc proportionally. Limit switches, local position indicators and manual override handwheels are optional.
Common questions about electric flanged butterfly valves answered by our engineering team.
Our electric flanged butterfly valves cover DN50 to DN3000 with PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings. Smaller sizes use compact quarter-turn electric actuators, while large-diameter units (DN1200 and above) are fitted with heavy-duty multi-turn or part-turn electric actuators with manual override.
Yes. The electric actuator makes these valves ideal for remote operation in water treatment plants, pumping stations, HVAC systems, power plants, irrigation networks and industrial process lines. The double-flanged body provides stable alignment and easy installation between pipe flanges.
Yes. Every valve is pressure tested at the factory. We can provide material test certificates (MTC), hydrostatic test reports, shell and seat test certificates, and third-party inspection by SGS or another appointed agency on request.
