Double Flanged · DN65–DN2000 · PN10/PN16/PN25 · Concentric Design
Reguvale's flanged butterfly valve is built with a concentric rubber-lined or PTFE-lined disc between two integral flanges, designed for direct bolting to pipe flanges in waterworks, HVAC, cooling water, power generation, and general industrial pipelines. The double-flanged body provides its own structural support, making installation and maintenance easier than wafer or lug designs.
Standard construction uses a ductile iron body (epoxy coated RAL 5015) with a SS304 or SS316 disc and a replaceable EPDM, NBR, Viton or PTFE seat. Operation options include manual lever (small sizes), worm gear (as shown in the photos), electric actuator and pneumatic actuator. The photos show a DN600 PN10 unit with a worm gear operator ready for water distribution service.
Size range covers DN65–DN2000 with pressure ratings PN10, PN16 and PN25 selectable by project. All valves are pressure and function tested at our Tianjin factory, and material test certificates (MTC) are available on request.
Body has matching flanges on both ends for direct installation between pipe flanges; easier alignment and maintenance than wafer style.
From DN65 to DN2000 in one product family, covering small HVAC branches up to large water transmission and power plant lines.
PN10, PN16 and PN25 options let you match the exact system pressure without over-specifying.
Concentric rubber or PTFE seat is bonded and replaceable, giving bubble-tight shutoff and long service life.
Choose manual lever, worm gear, electric actuator or pneumatic actuator to match your operation and control requirements.
Ductile iron bodies receive an epoxy coating (RAL 5015 blue standard) for protection in water and outdoor environments.

Flanged: The valve body has integral flanges on both ends that bolt directly to pipe flanges. It is stronger, easier to align, and can be used for dead-end or end-of-line service.
Wafer: The body is sandwiched between two pipe flanges with through-bolts. It is lighter and more compact, but one side of the pipe must stay bolted to support the valve.
Common questions about flanged butterfly valves answered by our engineering team.
PN10: 10 bar rating for water, HVAC and general low-pressure service.
PN16: 16 bar rating for higher-pressure waterworks, chilled water and industrial lines.
PN25: 25 bar rating for power plants, marine and high-pressure process applications.
Yes. Because the valve body has its own flanges, it can be installed at the end of a line or where one side of the pipe may need to be removed for maintenance. Specify a lug or flanged body for dead-end service; do not use a wafer body for this application.
EPDM: Water, air and weak chemicals up to +120°C. Most common.
NBR: Oils, fuels and petroleum products.
Viton/FKM: Aggressive chemicals and temperatures up to +200°C.
PTFE: Near-universal chemical resistance for corrosive acids and bases.
Discs are typically SS304 or SS316; ductile iron nickel-aluminium-bronze plated is available for seawater and abrasive media.

Cooling towers, chillers, air-handling units and district heating/cooling.
